Rom&nd Glasting Water Tint is a unique lip stain featuring a separate, crystal-clear water gloss layer that rises above the color base. Unlike typical glossy tints, the pigment stains the lips evenly underneath while a transparent, non-sticky glass-like film covers the surface. Shade #08 Rose Stream is a beautiful, sophisticated dried rose color with a hint of depth that flatters both warm and cool skin tones.

How to Use

1. Apply: Glided the applicator across your lips smoothly, starting from the center and sweeping outward.

2. Wait: Crucial Step—Avoid rubbing or smacking your lips together for at least 10 to 15 seconds after application. This allows the pigment base to stain your lips while the clear water-gloss film rises to the top layer.

3. Reapply: If you want a more dramatic glass effect, apply one more light layer over the center of your lips and let it settle again.
