It is formulated to brighten and hydrate the skin, targeting hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. The toner contains a high concentration of tranexamic acid and niacinamide, along with other hydrating and skin-barrier-supporting ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides. How to Use :
